Human Resource Executive for a Financial Services Company

Responsibilities

  1. Raise disbursement vouchers for payment to vendors
  2. Provide administrative support relating to new hires, resignees and transfer
  3. Liaise with vendors for proper office maintenance
  4. Procurement of the office equipment, general office supplies, stationery and services
  5. Handle loan of equipment
  6. Perform meeting room booking
  7. Maintain and update telephone list, office furniture list, cabinets & keys list and photo list
  8. Ensure proper and efficient filing of all documents
  9. Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  1. Minimum Diploma
  2. Organized, meticulous and able to multi task in a fast pace environment
  3. A team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
  4. Proficient in MS Office
