Group Insurance Client Service Executive for an Insurance Company
Responsibilities
Processing of New Business, Renewals & Adjustments
Support system go-live
Prepare cases on user’s acceptance testing including UAT standard
Responsible for Project Integral UAT activities and ensure that each of the stages is completed within the timeline
Perform parallel runs on the cases including process new business, renewals and adjustments, issue policy contracts and endorsements
Maintain proper filing of all insurance documents
Advise on underwriting requirements and follow-up on pending cases
Update system records relating to underwriting
To ensure accuracy of all the invoices generated
Handle ad-hoc projects assigned by Section Head or HoD
Requirements
Degree (Preferably in IT)
AS400 experience
