Responsibilities

1. Administration/ Maintenance of Advisers’ records for FA channels
2. Handle technical/ system related functions to support our distributors’ requests
3. Manage internal production & sales campaign reporting as well as distributors’ reporting requirement
4. Perform UAT for product launches to ensure compensation of new product launches are in place
5. Report & resolve commission issues arising from day-to-day operations

Requirements

1. Tertiary Education (Degree/ Diploma)
2. 2 - 3 years of working experience
3. Relevant operations experience in 3rd party distribution channels preferred
4. Well versed in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel
5. Good written and communication skills
6. Highly driven and independent
7. Customer-oriented
8. Customer service experience preferred
