IT Solution Delivery Manager for Insurance Company

Responsibilities

  1. Manage projects from project initiation till closure to successfully achieve the agreed outcome while balancing project constraints;
  2. Understand business needs and propose viable solutions;
  3. Assess the impact of changes and support their implementation;
  4. Analyse and document requirements;
  5. Perform pre-UAT prior to releasing for users;
  6. Participate in test planning and review of users' test evidence;
  7. Support the IT needs / services of users' departments;
  8. Ensure the effective use of IT in supporting business needs;
  9. May need to supervise a small team of development resources to deliver projects or work with vendors;
  10. Any other tasks as assigned by Head of Department.

Requirements

  1. Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
  2. PMP / CITPM will be an advantage.
  3. At least 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in leading a team;
  4. Experience in project management & business analysis;
  5. Candidates with insurance domain knowledge is preferred;
  6. Candidates with experience of table setup for product definition in AS400 environment is an advantage;
  7. Highly driven and independent;
  8. Excellent analytical, written and communication skills required.
