IT Solution Delivery Manager for Insurance Company
Responsibilities
Manage projects from project initiation till closure to successfully achieve the agreed outcome while balancing project constraints;
Understand business needs and propose viable solutions;
Assess the impact of changes and support their implementation;
Analyse and document requirements;
Perform pre-UAT prior to releasing for users;
Participate in test planning and review of users' test evidence;
Support the IT needs / services of users' departments;
Ensure the effective use of IT in supporting business needs;
May need to supervise a small team of development resources to deliver projects or work with vendors;
Any other tasks as assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements
Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology;
PMP / CITPM will be an advantage.
At least 10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in leading a team;
Experience in project management & business analysis;
Candidates with insurance domain knowledge is preferred;
Candidates with experience of table setup for product definition in AS400 environment is an advantage;
Highly driven and independent;
Excellent analytical, written and communication skills required.
