IT Security Manager for a Financial Services Company

Responsibilities

  1. Understand business needs, identify user requirements & prepare/review business requirement documentation to ensure that they are taken into account in system enhancements
  2. Assists the IT head to define the enterprise IT security architecture and principles, as well as to define the Quality Standards and Principles
  3. Defines and plans initiatives to support the achievement of overall IT QA, Audit, Security & Risk Strategy.
  4. Responsible to ensure compliance of IT initiatives to defined standards and principles and the management of audit resolutions of overall IT
  5. Implementing Group policies and standards
  6. Responsible to roll-out and/or implement security controls in conformance with MAS requirement and IT Risk & Security requirements
  7. Responsible to manage risks/audit and security items
  8. Responsible to deliver security awareness
  9. Responsible for ID management
  10. Responsible for Firewall security review and monitoring
  11. Responsible for monitoring outsource risk and SLA from vendors

Requirements

  1. Minimum at Degree level in Information technology field of study.
  2. 8 years of working experience in Insurance IT.
  3. Mitigating Risk and comply to Guideline
  4. Strategic Thinking and Implementation.
  5. Understand of insurance systems operation.
  6. Broad IT knowledge.
  7. Good Interpersonal Skills and Networking Skills.
