Responsibilities

1. Create e-Courseware contents
2. Support the Content Manager on the accounting, consolidation and signing off of all completed work
3. Conduct user training for rapid content authoring tools
4. Create of Level 1 or 2 Courseware, e.g. video recording, simple e-Learning courseware, animated Power Point, etc according to an annual base load for each training centre.
5. Make minor adjustments to existing e-contents
6. Account, upload and manage e-content using a Learning Management System (LMS)
7. Assist in change management activities to create buy-in from users for new e-content and instructional technologies.

Requirements

1. Minimum qualification: Diploma / Degree in IT related field.
2. Diploma holder either in Multimedia Design, Animation, Motion Graphic, Visual Effect, Interactive Design, Video Production or related qualifications. Work experience in designing and creating e-courseware or e-Learning programmes.
3. Knowledge and application of learning pedagogies and instructional design principles and strategies would be an advantage.
4. Able to work closely with subject-matter experts and instructional designers to understand and analyse training requirements and determine the application of instructional media.
5. Good verbal and writing skills.
6. Proficiency in the English language.
7. Technically competent with various content authoring tools such as Macromedia Flash or Captivate. Have working knowledge of Adobe Master Suite, Lectoral 2008/Articulate, OCR software, etc.
8. Creative but self disciplined and motivated. Need to be a good team player with strong emphasis on task achievement.
