Role

Responsible for identifying and documenting requirements and analyzing requirements from a business perspective. To define current and future operational scenarios (processes, models, use cases) and work with users and technical designers to ensure proper translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements.

Responsibilities

1. Identify/Analyze/Document business requirements
2. Evaluate requirements for business value and
3. Reengineer business processes and rules if necessary
4. Conduct walk-through of requirements and preparation of documentation for users' sign-off
5. Perform business modeling and architecture
6. Work with technical designers to ensure business requirement is addressed in the design
7. Prepare test scenarios
8. Execute System Integration Test
9. Train business users
10. Provide support for UAT
11. Attend business meetings
12. Evaluate analytical and documentation tools

Requirements

1. Degree in Information Technology
2. 2 – 4 years of relevant experience in business analysis
3. Insurance knowledge would be advantageous
4. Good problem solving and decision making
5. Sense of urgency and eye for details
